Free classroom token board

Show tokens earned toward a visible reward

This token board turns a class list into a live reward tracker. Set the token target, write the reward, and tap plus when the behavior happens. Project the class or enlarge one student. Counts stay in this tab. Nothing is uploaded.

Classroom ideas

When to use: token board

01

Individual reinforcement

Enlarge one student during a session so tokens appear as soon as the behavior occurs.

02

Whole-class display

Keep every name on the projector when several students are working toward the same kind of reward.

03

Therapy and support rooms

Use a short target of three or five tokens, then reset after the reward is delivered.

How it works

From setup to result in three steps

No account or installation. Open the tool, choose the classroom settings, and keep control in this browser.

  1. 1

    Add names

Paste the roster used by the other classroom tools, or type the students in this session.

  2. 2

    Set target and reward

Choose 3, 5, or 10 tokens and write what they are working for.

  3. 3

    Give tokens

Tap plus on a student. When the row fills, deliver the reward and reset that board.

Teacher tips

Use the tool as a clear classroom signal while keeping the learning task at the center.

  • Start with fewer tokens when the system is new.
  • Name the exact behavior before the first token so the board is a signal, not a surprise.
  • Reset after the reward so the next round has a clear empty board.

Questions and answers

Frequently asked questions

What is a token board?

A visual count of tokens toward a stated reward. When the row is full, the reward is given and the board resets.

Are names or counts uploaded?

No. Names stay in this browser. Token counts stay in this tab until you reset them or close it.

Can I show one student only?

Yes. Select a name to enlarge that board for the projector, then return to the class grid.

How many tokens should I use?

Three or five is a practical start. Increase only after the student fills the board reliably.

Is this a printable PDF?

You can print it, but it is built as a live board you tap during the lesson.
